English for Missions School is a 12-week program for those who want to learn English for the purposes of the Kingdom.
Improve your language through a variety of learning opportunities within an interactive classroom setting, small groups, and self-study.
The EFM at TKL is a great way to learn English in an immersive context! Meet people from all around the world here in our cross-cultural community! You will be exposed to a variety of English Accents and have tons of opportunities to practice your language skills.

PURPOSE
To equip you with reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Our team is specialised and passionate about teaching and about the Kingdom of God.
To train you to share, teach, and minister God’s Word and your own testimony.
To experience a diverse and friendly community that communicates primarily in English. You can learn more about how God works and what He is doing among the nations.
To improve your communication abilities through new experiences and knowledge of cultural differences.
To deepen your personal relationship with God through His Word and worship.
LEARN and APPLY
We have a 3 months lecture phase programme to acquire English language fundamentals and theory. But our aim is to help you put your learning into practice. To achieve this, during these 3 months, we will connect with the community through local outreach and partner with the local churches for ministry purposes. We also plan to organize field trips to provide you with an authentic experience of English culture.

There is a possibility of fee reductions for accepted applicants from certain nations. Applications for fee reductions should be made to the school leader after acceptance and will be considered on an individual basis.
